ARABS CARTEL ROOMLET SERVICES – TENANT RULES and REGULATIONS To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, please adhere strictly to the following rules: 1. PAYMENT POLICY No Staying on Credit – Payment must be made before service. Check-in Requirement – A National ID Card (NIN) or any government-approved identification is mandatory for check-in. 2. CONDUCT and PEACE Clean Smokers Only – Smokers must keep the environment clean. No Fighting – Any form of violence attracts an immediate fine of NGN50,000. Zero Tolerance for Theft – Stealing leads to immediate police involvement. No Spiritual Items or Juju – Any item that could disturb the peace of other tenants is strictly prohibited. 3. FACILITY USAGE Cooking Policy – Cooking attracts a gas fee. Laundry Services – Available at an affordable price; must be neatly done. Check-in and Check-out – Must be properly recorded and documented. Forgotten Items – Must not be taken by another tenant; report to management immediately.
